Tony Pullin

Billy Kennedy

Billy is the Senior Leader of New Community Church in Southampton, alongside his wife, Caroline. He is leader of the Pioneer network of churches and instrumental in the formation of Love Southampton, a cross church group seeking to serve the city in practical ways. 

John Risbridger

John is Minister and Team Leader of Above Bar Church, Southampton and Chair of Keswick Ministries. He is a speaker and leader of In School of Missional Disciple-making , which Above Bar Church runs in partnership with Living Leadership and serves Christians in Southampton. He is also author ‘The message of Worship (IVP)


Stuart Bell

Stuart is senior Pastor of Alive Church, and leads the Ground Level Network, an apostolic movement networked together through regional and relational connections, with strong connections to church networks in the US and South Africa. 

Steve Campbell

Steve has been the Senior Pastor of Cambridge Community Church (C3) since 1994 . Steve and his wife, Angie, have pioneered a number of initiatives including Cambridge Academy of Worship and Music, Breathe Women’s Conference, The Journey Network and Cambridge School of Theology, each of which exist to strengthen and build the local church.

Jim Prestwood

Jim is vicar of St Swithin’s Lincoln. He moved to the area from North London in a new initiative between the Diocese of Lincoln & the HTB network and benefitting from working in partnership with 'Alive', Lincoln to see St Swithin’s revitalised.


Steve Clifford

Steve has been the General Director of the Evangelical Alliance since 2009.  As well as preaching and doing hands-on evangelism, youth work, schools work and church planting, Steve created the TIE Team (later to become DNA) discipleship course, which has trained several thousand workers. He also gives advice, training and support to numerous churches around the country.

Kurt Erickson

Kurt is the U.K. Director of Eleos International Ministries, and Pastor of Eleos Christian Church in London. For over 25 years Kurt has has worked with the homeless, the addicted, the elderly, as well as serving as a chaplain in many medical institutions in the U.S. and the U.K. He also runs the Eleos School of Ministry and Practical Theology.

Laurence Singlehurst

Laurence is Director of Cell UK and former Director of Youth with a Mission, England. He is a regular speaker at national events such as Spring Harvest and cell conferences worldwide. His particular passion is equipping churches to reach their communities, with an emphasis on network evangelism empowered by cell church structure.

Martin Young

Martin is senior  minister at Rising Brook Baptist Church. He was previously leader of The Bear, a youth church in London and part of Ichthus Christian Fellowship. He has also worked for Pecan, a charity that helps people from disadvantaged communities into employment. 

Cham Kaur-Mann

Cham Kaur-Mann is senior pastor of The Regeneration Centre, an innovative local church plant based on Cell church principles in Birmingham and part of the Next Leadership team.

Ali Summers

Ali has been married to Dave for 24 years and has two children Dan, 19 and Hannah 16. Previously a secondary school teacher, in 2003 she became one of the ministers at Rising Brook Baptist Church in Stafford and is currently responsible for overseeing and encouraging spiritual growth, discipleship and pastoral care and prayer ministry across the church. She oversees the leadership and discipleship training and the growth of clusters and small groups and is passionate about seeing people develop and grow into the people God made them to be. Ali is on the leadership team for the Fresh Streams network.
